Ok, if she wants matching names: Marcella Antonia or not quite matching but similar: Marcy Alexandra
Personally, I'd do something slightly different.
Aurora Marie (reverse initials)
Elizabeth Anne or Elizabeth Marie (I just think Elizabeth and Marcus go nice together)
Cleo Patricia (like Marc Antony and Cleopatra- a little corny but matching)
