I believe it is a women's choice to choose whether or not to have a child. And anyway, there are herbal ways to have an abortion that doesn't cost anything at all.
I am for abortion because even those we have been voting for under a hundred years, we should be able to choose something like that.
It is our right as a woman not as a incubator. Now, if I were to be pregnant and the money was low and I was going through a rough time, I might would want to have an abortion.
I wouldn't care if some man in the oval office says I can't. I will get it done if it has to be done.
I feel very strongly on this issue, I will never waver.

I can't imagine a circumstance where I would be able to abort a baby I was carrying. Maybe if we knew really really early on that the poor thing was going to be a terrible, hopeless mess.....
My sister's friend had three abortions by the age of 22. Too stupid to use condoms or the pill, too selfish to raise a baby. She just needs a kick up the backside.
I was reading a book about four years ago about the baby's life in the womb. I think I was up to the fourth or fifth month (in the book), and it was talking about what the baby was able to do by that stage. In one paragraph they were talking about therapeutic abortions (done to protect the mother's health). In the particular abortion they were discussing, done somewhere between 16 and 20 weeks, they were taking vision and sound in utero for teaching purposes. The baby cried during the procedure.
Knowing that, I don't give a rat's bum when the law says a baby is a baby. If it can cry and feel pain, then it's a baby. I couldn't kill it. Every time I think of that poor little creature, I cry. Like now.

Non combatant - It's not my body ( I am a guy)
I respect other people's choices in the murky realm of .
.." When does life become human?"
Does anyone know, really? How can we tell ? Alot of incendiary commentary & worse sometimes, but where does all this certitude originate from?
The only certitude I have about abortion is that people stop treating each other as people the moment the topic is brought up, and thus after 34 years in the US there has been a notable lack of reasoned discourse in the issues relating to abortion. This failure has had all sides participate, and all sides lose by vilifying each other.

I am pro-choice. I would not ever have an abortion (thought about it once, but quickly decided it was not for me), but I respect every women's right to make that decision for themselves.
I reject the argument that abortion is murder, unless it is later in the pregnancy. Once the fetus is to the point that it would survive if it were born, even with a lot of medical help, then an abortion is truly the killing of a person.
On the other hand, in the first 3-4 months, if a women does not wish to carry the fetus, she should be able to choose not to do so.
Women have many reasons for not wanting to have a child -- it is her body, she can decide. But --she needs to decide quickly and not carry a child into the 6th month and then decide she would rather not have it.

for it, i believe in abortion, but those who choose to have a child i hold to a higher degree, because they took responsibility, but i cant get pregnant and i am for womens rights of life being full of uncertainty and this is a choice and many cases we still need this choice because cases of incest and rape, some women at ages cant have a healthy child, those who drug and do drugs as the child is developing its for the best, teenagers have many stillborns and miscarriages so the abortion is understandable, life is full of uncertainty, many animals kill their offspring bc they know they cant survive, humans should have the same right, before the child develops as a fetus at 3months, women should have the choice but beyond 3 months they shouldnt have it, bc at 3months the child could actually live outside the womb, many say its god will that u r mother; not if u took all the saftey not to have one, u should be granted another choice, but women shouldnt have the chances to do it more then once, a once in a lifetime choice, and since drug addicts r having kids we should charge them for child neglect when it was developing in the womb, those who anint ready to be mother should have this choice

Pros- not being sent to jail because of murder, saving your family from ''shame'', keeping your family from dishonouring you all that useless pathetic crap etc etc...
Cons-You are saving a human life, you are owning up to your responsiblities, you are giving an innocent child a chance, you are saving yourself from guilt and mental problems/depression, your not murdering a child....
I don't want to sound all psycho and sh.it it's just that I got preggers at 19 and my family asked me if I wanted to have an abortion and I was absolutely appauled by them even asking me this, I stood my ground and said no even though his father wasn't quite in the picture now if you can't take care of the child this is more understandable but why not have the child and put him/her up for adoption instead of killing the child .... that just makes absolutely no sense to me.

THINK ABOUT KILLING AN INOCCENT BABY JUST BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE SCREWED UP AND MADE A MISTAKE.
They need to raise that baby. They are killing a human that has no way of fighting back for its life.
IT IS MURDER and it should not be allowed!! They are killing little kids. at least ive birth and put them up for adoption because kiling people isnt cool. im 12 and i am danielle and this is not fair anyone agree??

freedom. every walking breathing living creature should be considered.....what ever happens a persons choice is (in my humble oppinion) more important then bringing a child that wont have what they may need,,,,such as a crack baby......or a child badly deformed.....Or a briliant brain surgen dropping out of school to raise a child that they never planed on conceving.....a possiable olympic hopefull dismounting, just cause of another less spectatular mounting. & why would i want to provide aid to someone who couldnt drop 75 cents on a condom.........but i would want to keep mine...if & when

I'm not so much for abortion, just for women having the right to have one. Some mothers would feel that no one else could take care of their child, even if they couldn't themselves.
