Try ccleaner.com it safe and not alot to worry about others unforutunately will remove stuff you don't want but this is good.
1) start/programs/accessories/system tools/dick clean up.
2) right click start/explore all users/ expand local c drive / documents & settings / owner or whatever your id name is/ expand / (expand click on the + sign) / cookies on left side - then click on right side - hold down Ctrl A same time to highlight all - press delete on your keyboard, then look back on the left side frame - to local settings, expand / temporary internet files - click in right side - delete all / back to left side frame history - click on right side frame delete all.
3) browser window/tools / internet options / delete cookies / delete files - & check box for delete offline content/clear history

If you are talking of cleaning up your Internet cookies, etc. - very easy with Explorer 7 - Tools - Delete browsing history - you can delete all.

u need to do a disk cleanup. right click on local drive click properties and perform disk cleanup.
remove all temp files.(search and delete *.tmp fiels)
remove all tmp files from ur documents and settings/user profile and windows/temp folders.
