I always remember close friends and family birthdays by heart. But when I wake up in the morning, I sometimes forget that it's actually their birthday so I'm usually not the very first to congratulate them, but I do make a point to do so :)
If I have a hard time remembering a birthday, I just put it on my calendar next to my desk and I look at it every day to remind me what's coming up next!

I'm pretty good about remembering birthdays of family and close friends and I write down the birthdays of my friends' kids to remind me of their birthdays. I don't think I'm usually the first to send a birthday greeting, but I try to make sure that I give a birthday call on the right day.

I can only remember the birthdays of "close" people. And, yes; I like to try to be the first wish them salutations.

Not all but close people definitely...I don't try to be the first to say happy birthday, sometimes even a few days late and sometimes too early. It's all good.

well like if i'm somewhat close i try 2 remember but usally i find a way 2 like my friend is born on the 16th of october & he's 15 dayz older then me i also have it down in my address book on my computer & i sometimes cif n e one has a b-day coming up

I remember all of my family's b'days. I don't try to be the first to greet them but I try to do something nice that they are comfortable with. It's nice to feel special once in a while........
