Your temperature will normally rise only a few tenths of a degree when you're ovulating. There are special thermometers to measure those precise changes. Any pharmacy should have them. Temperature increase during pregnancy can vary. And the increases are usually greater the farther along you are.

Not sure of how much of a rise in temp but I do know that your temps will stay up after you luteal phase.
