where is the web site history in my computer?

If you are using the new IE7 next to the forward and back arrow in the upper left side of the window there is a little down arrow..click on it and history is at the bottom or press Ctrl+Shift+H and it should be there.

I believe the history it self, as in a folder, cannot be accessed, but to clear your history is simple and quick. Just go to Options of your browser and clear history.
