Anything is possible. Is it practical is the real question. The answer is not really. How much time and effort are you willing to invest? And it aint gonna be cheap, either. If you really, really want an LT, the sell your LS and go buy an LT. You will be time and money ahead. However, if your bound an determined....swap a set of 4.11 gears into the truck, retaining the 4.8. You'll think you swapped in a 6.0! Then install the interior parts, and your there. Just dont forget to recalibrate the speedo, abs, etc etc etc

Anything is possible if you got the bucks. If you have never done an engine swap before you will have a lot of headaches to over come. Such as matching the engine to the tranny, engine mount locations computer control hook ups cooling fan shroud unless you are using an electric fan to cool the radiator. Fuel line runs . Center consol is no problem just going to have to route control cable for the transmission and make the linkage work.
Providing you can do all this and know how. You need a place to do all this out of the weather where it is warm and dry. look at the truck magazines and see what they have done but remember what you see was done by people who can swap an engine in their sleep if you can’t its just a mater of bucks and how many you want to give some one to do it.

As stated above, anything is possible when modifying a vehicle.
Your wallet is the biggest factor, and your knowledge is second if you're going to do the work yourself.
Why clone the LT? It will look like any other LT then, but it won't be anything special, and it won't be worth any more than it is now.
You're going to have problems with the engine swap anyway, so why not step up to the 454 CID and make it unique? Customize the body, interior and gauges rather than cloning the LT and you'll have something original that no one else has.

Yes, all of what you ask is possible. Ask yourself is it really feasible to do all of this instead of buying the truck you really want?? The mechanical issues of swapping motors in and out are huge. The first issue is to see if the trans. will need to be swapped out as well as some of these have different bell housings and cannot accept different motor configurations not to even touch on performance issues here. There is also the issue of the PCM as to see if it can accept this motor without having any further sensors or wires. The inside trim items are a snap. Simply order new ones from a dealer or obtain used ones from somewhere and wire them in appropriately. There will be some pain to do this as the wiring will require extensive R&R of other trim, headliner, and carpet to get this all looking and working as it does in the factory set-up. Good Luck.
