What difference does it make?
1. Even if she is a lesbian, she is still a woman.
2. If she is voluntarilly having sexs with men, she is probably Bi not a true lesbian.
3. If you can get her lesbian friends to join her and you for a three or four or more way, you will be the envy of all your male friends.

My first girl-friend turned out to be gay. From all the gay woman I have known, there is not sure way to tell. Some of the really butch women are obviously gay, but sometimes the super sexy feminine woman turn out to be gay too. What a shame...
