I play a lot of sports. I twisted my knee funny one day and it hurt for like a week then went away. But, now whenever run it hurts really bad. I looked it up and think it may be runner's knee. not sure though. i dont really have the option of stoping so any other suggestions or what else it may be????? thxxx
