I really don't think that she looks bi-racial at all, the part should have definitely gone to a bi-racial actress. I agree with your point, no opposing arguments here.

Angelina Jolie looks like a Jewish woman in the above picture. I think the role should have went to a bi-racial woman. I's not like there is a shortage of bi-racial women in Hollywood. i.. Halle Berry, Thandie Newton.

Before I even read your comment about her looking like a white woman with a tan.... i was going to say the exact same thing I asked around my house and its a tie on wheather she looks bi-racial or not. I also agree that Halle Berry could have portrayed bi-racial much better than Angelina Jolie.

Yeah, she looks bi-racial to me. But the part should definitely have gone to someone who's _actually_ bi-racial. Angelina Jolie isn't that good of an actress that she has to get painted up specially, as though the movie would just flop without her if they cast a _real_ bi-racial girl in her place.

Yes, she looks bi-racial to me. Wow, that's a switch from using an actual bi-racial woman for this role like Paula Patton or Thandie Newton. Hmm, should be interesting.

But it also depends on a large combination of things like which races, how dark is the darker race, etc. She might look bi-racial, but to me, not really. I know she is supposed to though.

she looks like a spray tan went bad....i don't think its fair she got to play one because there are so many actresses who are bi racial that would deserve to be discovered.. totally should have went to a bi racial woman

I do think she looks 'mixed' but not so much half Afro-Cuban, as that page says.
As for her playing this role, well, actors/actresses do this kind of stuff all the time, right? Prosthetics to change a nose, what Charlize did for her role in Monster (fake bad teeth, weight gain, make-up to make her look older, etc. etc.). Should they have got an older woman with, sadly to say, 'prostitute experience' to play the role? No.
I don't really see to big a difference with Angelina playing someone biracial.
