Just because the bill says 1950 it does not mean it was made then. It only means that the design for that bill was created in 1950. That means it could of been made any where between 1950 to 1963. Which is when a new series was created.

It's not worth much more than face value. It's an old bill and might make a nice addition to a collection but by itself, unless it is in mint/uncirculated condition you won't get much over $20 for it.
