its a sony network walkman NW-HD3 20gb. i disconnected it from the pc whilst it was still transferring and now the mp3 player wont get past the main screen. it switches on and thats about it. you can hear the driver inside struggling

It's froze,try taking the battery out if you cant do that then leave it on until the battery uncharges its self. Then recharge and that should do it.
