I know on nike.com they had ciara's music video. They even offered a dvd for free featuring ciara's video. In this dvd, it included step by step ,it made me act goofy when i tried myself and failed, to dance to the video SOS.
hope they still offer it for free.

Go onto mtv type in ciara and copy the moves.

Do a search on YouTube. I found one where this guy broke down 1,2 Step.
It was this guy http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=ApprenticeA he talks a lot though. But there's a lot of other ones to find by just searching.

Tivo the videos or record them in a dvd format, play it slooooowwwlllyyyyyy then practice with it
