I must be a loser too. I only have 40 something. Who cares how many? Do they interact with you? Do they have helpful things to say? You could add the world and it wouldn't mean anything if they weren't really "friends" with you.

A total of 19!!!! Yeah!!! Lol. I know thats pretty sad compared to some ppl. However I think its stupid when ppl have like 200 and they don't even know half the ppl on their friends list!
