How to put a song on myspace profile?

someone told me to go to music and search the song that i want and then click add, but i dont see an add button!

first...Long on to your myspace account

then click on edit profile

then at the top select "music and videos"

you have to type in what artist you are looking for
then it will give you a list of fansites.

Select the fansite with the most fans...as this is usually the "official" site and see if the song you want is in the media player. There is usually only 4 or 5 songs and they will have an "add" tab by each song.

Click the add tab and it will say "This song has been added to your profile".

Step 1: Go to myspace music
Step 2: Find the artist of the song you want
Step 3: Find their profile
Step 4:Go to their profile
Step 5: You should see a media player that has their songs, look for the words-play, download, then add, which should be at the end of the options under the song
Step 6: click add
*if their is no add button the song is not available for adding.

If you are on the artist's myspace page....on the right hand side of the profile there is their music player. There usually is only 3 or 4 songs to choose from. There should be an add button under each of the songs. However, lately there have been errors with the players, so you may have to wait until they are working. Good luck.

Go to your favorite band's MySpace page, go to the Standalone Player, find one of the songs and click on the "Add" link for that song. You'll get to a page to confirm if you wish to add the song. Click the button to confirm the add, and it's on your profile.

You have to go to the artist's web site. At the top on the right, you'll see the songs you can add. To the right of the song is an "add" button. Click it, and the song will automatically be added to your site.

and create a free account and then just search for songs or artists and add them to your playlist....then just take the html link for the playlist and put it wherever you want on your myspace (such as the ABOUT ME section or INTERESTS section when you edit your profile)

The add button is usually nearthe top right of the box and sometimes its easier togoto that artists page and click add from there.

Once you find the song in the player....it should have the word "add" either to the right of it or under it...with others like download, etc...

That just means that the artist does not what that song on any ones page, sorry you are going to have to pick a different artist/song. I hate it when that happens.
