That's a cd key. Usually a 16 digit code found on the back of the cd case or sometimes on the back of the manual. If you purchased the game new then it should be easy to find.

The code is on the back of the cd case, or also on the back of the booklet.

(it appears in all capitals, and contains numbers and letters)
