i have nokia 6030 with suncom.
and i was on the web net, and it froze up, and i wont leave the net and it wont let me turn off my phone.
i tried to get the battery from the back removed but its like stuck in there..
please someone help~

If you can't get the back off, try to find a reset button and use a paper clip to push it in (a tiny pinhole). If there is no reset button and you cant take out the batter you will just have to let it die. I've included a link to the user guide that should tell you how to take the battery out...

Im afraid the only possible solution is to continue to try and get the battery loose. If you cant get it out, you could get some paper and try to jam it between the metal electrodes where the battery meets the phone. If that doesnt work I think you should take it to suncom and ask for a new one. They are too expensive these days to freeze up. I know how aggravating it must be.

Hold the off button for a good minute and a half, if that doesn't work, use a screwdriver or something similar to pry the battery out.

try to take the battery out or hold the power button for 6 seconds, or just call it using ur house phone

There is something wrong with the phone software. Take it to a technician. From a intelos worker.
