Is it normal to have bad circulation while pregnant? I'm only 14 weeks, but I've noticed my feet are constantly falling asleep when I sit down. I don't have another dr. appt. for 2 weeks. Is this something I should call my doctor about right away?

Do you have a footstool that you could rest your feet on to kind of elevate them? That might help. Or maybe try lying down more often instead of sitting. Hope this helps.

Don't worry this is pretty common, happened to me with both our kids. Try not to sit for long periods of time and when you do sit elevate your legs, even straight out will help some. I liked laying on the couch and putting my feet on the back, but my husband said I looked funny doing that- so not something to do with company over. Good luck.

Yes mine did at night but it was later in pregnancy. It is normal it is just the baby pushing down on your nerves. Try to change position and it might help. Good luck!

It's not uncommon, it happened with my wife quite a bit when she was pregnant, but it usually happened to her later in her pregnancy.

We also found out that when she was pregnant that the way the baby was sitting with our youngest that she had a pinched nerve in her hip.

She went to a Chiropractor and it helped.

I would. Pinched nerves and blood supplies are pretty common, usually not until later in your pregnancy thought.

It could be that its just nothing. But i would certainly mention it at the earliest time you can.

Mine did some. Be careful to get up and change positions frequently. If they get worse, maybe you could call him. He could have an on-call nuse to answer these questions as well.
