Yes you can!! My son's father is on MN and I have child support coming STRAIGHT out of his wages!! Go to your local child support office, they'll do all the work for you. It does take longer since they have to get in contact and do everything from where she is living but yes it is possible to do! And, just so you know...you dont have to head out to Mass for the hearing..the hearing is done at the courts near you and she's the one that has to either ask for a phone conference OR appear in person. If she doesnt..then its given to you as default. Good luck and happy holidays!!

You should contact a local lawyer. Most states require you to file a petition to the court for support. The court will send the complaint to the other party and then the fun begins. Good Luck!

Yes, I believe you can talk to your local Child Support Agency and they will advise you. Most states now have a reciprocal agreement where they will find you a pro bono lawyer in the states the child resides in who will pursue on your behalf. Contact your local agency first.

Yes you can go to your local DHHR office and set up an apt to get this done! You will never ever have to go to Mass to do anything!
That is what the state does! You will have an attorney go to Mass for you and represent you and it will be all set up for you!
Trust me i did it about a Year ago and that was when i lived in WV and my daughters father lives in Ky and i just went to my local DHHR office and told them what i wanted to do and they set up all the papers for me and i filled them out and they did all the legal stuff for me! See her father even went and said that he wanted DNA testing done on her after she was already 1 1/2 yrs old and so i agreed and so they set up an apt for me to go and take her and so we did and no cost to me! The state paid for it and then WV sent the bill to KY to her father and he had to pay back the State of WV! yea FUNNY!!!!
Hey if you need anything else i am like an expert on this! You can contact me at nickole30@yahoo.com

The CP state can request of the NCP state's newborn help Enforcement corporation that they enforce the out-of-state order on the NCP there. In my state, that's achieved by way of registration of the out-of-state order. NCP could confirm that funds are truly being made month-to-month as needed. If no longer, he desires to touch the DCSE human beings to confirm what his techniques and alternatives are. rfile each thing!

Yes. Go to your local Child Support Enforcement agency, and they will tell you all you need to know. It's run by the state and shouldn't cost you anything.
