First of all, you need to get rid of the image of an umpalumpa. You can be honest, and you can be positive. You may not be skinny, but you have a lot of merit and individuality. You must come to terms with yourself before considering physical evolution. I'm not saying that you can't think about exercise, eating right, and improving yourself, but enjoying yourself the way you are is the first step to satisfaction.

there is really no fast way to lose weight, at least safely, but to lose 20 in one month do the atkins diet. eat only high protein. absolutely no sugar, bread, or fruit. eat very little veggies too. i did this about 4 years ago. i started the day after thanksgiving and did this severe diet. i went from 158 down to 134 like 2 days before xmas. i exercised everyday and drank a lot of water. then on xmas i was rushed to the hospital and the dr. told me that i had way too much protein in my urine and that if i didn't get off this diet soon that my kidneys would fail me. i got off of it that day and wound up gaining all my weight back plus about 5 extra pounds. so if you want to lose weight fast then that's how to do it. you'll lose over a pound a day almost. but it won't last. sorry.

It depends on how many calories you burn. The more you burn, the more weight you'll lose, assuming you're eating a good diet that doesn't put weight on you, too. For instance, if you take in 1,500-2,000 calories per say, try to expend 2,000-3,000 in exercise.
Don't take any of those 'miracle' pills, either. The've got who knows what in them, and I've heard they're a con. The natural way is always best anyway.
The following link will give you info on burning calories. Just make sure you get plenty of water, and don't push yourself right away beyond what you're accustomed to. Start slow and work your way up. My roommate took off about 50 lbs. in 3 months through the South Beach Diet and walking a lot.

Have your daily three meals but in regular portions (try to get the last one before 6pm and if you feel hungry a bit later, then have a piece of fruit or a diet cracker). Drink lots of water and eat some pineapple to clean your stomach. Walk, clean your house and never go to bed when you have just had your meal. You will lose weight and your body will feel better. eat apples, veggies, very very LITTLE carbs (almost none), eat breakfast 1st thing (low fat/no carb one), drink TONS of water, walk several miles a day (you'll build up to the longer distances), eat prunes.....I'm living proof. Last March I did this, lost a ton of weight...almost 30 pds. and it came OFF much faster than I imagined it would. I was 147, got down to 119. Realized I lost too much weight, now at 127 I am satisfied.

All you have to do is to simply drink 8-12 glasses of water a day, no to carbonated drinks, sweets, chocolates, spicy, salty and fatty food. Just eat fruits and vegetables. Try it. I lose weight from 75kilos to 62kilos in 3 months.

I don't think that you look that bad!! eat a lot of fruits!! I was 295lbs and now I'm 130lbs, i did it by eating a lots of fruits , grapefruit are really good. Trust me!! stay away from fast food rest. they don't help you! also try not to eat fried foods you can steam your meats and vegetables, follow my advise and in 2 week you'll see and feel the difference. Good Luck! Be SAFE! stay away from over the counter meds.

There are some pretty powerful weight loss supplements on the market now. Also, try eating nothing but fruit, veggies or drinking juice...this will help you lose weight very quickly, but you have to stick to it.

well if you like to loose weight fast you need to eat morning bread or cereal then lunch sky flakes with corn beef or small rice and small viand dinner you need to eat the same with lunch and don't drink cold water and go to gym walk 1 hour and do more exercising eat vegetables too
