This sounds a lot like the theory of archetypes, as covered in books by Caroline Myss (among others). Archetypes are energy patterns that individuals identify with--some people behave more like a king, some behave more like a victim, some behave more like... oh, a pirate even. There are scores of possibilities, since these are mainly labels for personality types. I would think that a princess archetype would feel automatically more privileged, but also feel responsible for others around her (like nobility used to be responsible for their people). A priestess would be more spiritual, but because of her spiritual connection to other people, also would tend to be a caretaker of sorts. Does that help?

Well, I think I do, but I have no idea where to start. Why don't you add some details, or refine your question? What is it you want to know?
