I agree with the majority of everyone else - Leander James. It sounds so musical, so right... and the name just rolls off the tip of your tongue.

LOVE Leander! It's such a literate, classy name, and it needs a middle name of a similar bent. I like the previous suggestion of Leander James. Others that you might like:
Leander Jude
Leander Ezra
Leander Silas
Leander Seth
Leander Aaron
Leander Adrian(only trouble with these two is that the intials would spell "lap")
Leander Julian
Leander Micah
Leander Becket
Leander Kai
Leander Isaac
Leander William
Leander Drake
Leander Edwin
Leander Jacob
Leander Noah
Leander Paul
I like the one syllable names and the trochaic two-syllable names with Leander - it gives a nice flow to the name. Good luck with whatever you choose!

Gimme a last name and I can help out a little better
Leander James
Leander Alexander (ew, that rhymes a little too well)
I think Leander would work better as a middle name. You can give him a good first name to go with Leander and still call him Leander
Joseph Leander
Robert Leander
David Leander

I like Leander Noelle if it happens to be for a girl.
But since it's probably for a boy, I like
Leander Shawn
Leander Scott
Leander Isaac
Leander Todd
Leander Joseph
Congrats!!
