Kevin Federline- worst singer ever. Only marginally better than Paris as Paris shows her things that we'd only previous caught glimpses of on that internet-available video.
Worst band... Hmmm.... I would have to say Lief Bjorn Ericson's Nordic Rockabilly Folk Revivalist band. They really suck.
Although there are a number of esoteric Japanese bands that make noise as 'sound experiments'. They too suck.

There was a woman in the early 1900's who even made the Guiness Book. She was hit by a taxi, which caused a change in her voice. She believed the new voice was wonderful, and sent gifts to the taxi driver in thanks. She went on tour, thinking she was a great opera singer. She was actually so bad she could sterilize frogs at 10 paces. She was known for terribly extravagant behavior, wearing wildly ostentacious clothing.
