Stand against a wall for 10 minutes everyday. If you get bored, read a book or something. Also, as for the answer above me, yes get a hard bed. I think they're more comfortable anyways.

The simpliest thing you can do right now is to get a HARD matress. Yes, you heard correctly. Hard! Not soft, not temperpedic. Hard matresses will straighten out your back and keep it straight, because then YOUR body will align to the straight shape of the matress, and not the other way around!
The duct tape sounds like a good idea!

There's a new shoe on the market which is supposed to help with posture - it looks like a typical crosstrainer. Can't remember the brand, but it should be easy to search.
A classic idea for any bad habit - wear a rubber band around a wrist, and snap it every time you notice yourself slouching.

Old ettiquette books used to suggest walking and sitting with a book on your head, sitting on those big swedish exer balls can help strengthen the muscles that support your back, just being conscious of slouching will help. Even sitting upright in a chair will help, it can be an exercisewhile watching tv.
