Fairies, no. Magic, maybe. Gremlins, well if you watch Flavor of Love it might be a matter of opinion.

Magic exists. If you don't believe me, flip on the light switch. That in itself is a form of magic (or that is what they believed 100 years ago). Magic is simply a concentration of energy causing something to occur. Just because we can't explain it right now, doesn't mean that people won't be using it in 100 years.
