what is the best way to keep your new year's resolution going strong?

my resolution usually fails some time around march...

Make a resolution that you are truly willing to keep, ask for support from a friend to keep it, and ask your Higher Power each day for the strength and resolve to keep it. ALSO, make it a reasonable resolution! ALSO, if you slip, RE-commit to your resolution, don't just throw it away! Good luck!
