Depends on the cheer squad. Are you doing varsity or highschool? College?
Well, all cheerleaders use dance moves. It's like the cake, and then some do tumbling and stunting which makes a good icing. Tumbling includes (typically) back/front handsprings, walkovers, and cartwheels/roundoffs. Watch the squad in action to see what they're doing...or do you know someone on the squad have a talk with that person and ask what's needed. You might want to start cardio (to get/keep fit), strength training (if the team does stunting like flying or if you're light I think you can be the flyer so that may not be necessary), and tumbling (if the cheersquad tumbles)

But if you're refering to some of the common moves cheerleaders do, well...
Let's see. It depends... Some cheer teams are more into gymnastic moves and some more into dance moves. Some teams stock on both.
Some gymnastic moves that's very common are the cartwheel, handsprings and forward rolls...
Dance movements change from time to time... But the hip hop dance culture has huge influence on our routines these days.
We also do pyramids, etc... But we don't consider those moves. We consider those formations...

My favorite one is when they jump high and do the splits and I can see their undies.
