Hold down the menu and play buttons for about 5 seconds and it should solve your problem.

As I understand it . This is what you must do. Push the button on the top of the ipod to hold.
Press the middle center of the click wheel and the top menu button in the same time for a few seconds . And it should start again. If not, use your usb cable and hock it up to the computer. Good luck.

plug ur ipod into its charger.
then hold dwon the play and menu button for a few seconds.
if that fails try again
and then wait.
and then try again.
if all else fails take it to an apple store and ask a genius.

go to apple.com/support i believe. usually if you toggle the hold button back and forth then hold the middle button for 15 seconds it will come back. good luck.

toggle it (yea toggle not google) it or just plug it in and wait then reset it once it starts working again
