I'm not clicking the mouse, I'm not touching anything, it just clicks every now and then. There is no pattern to it. It just clicks.

This usually happens when you are using Internet Explorer. The page might just be refreshing its ad content or something. You hear the clicking sound as sort of like a sound effect to let you know what you are doing.

It's your popup blocker blocking popups. You can turn the sound off on the popup blocker under settings

Is the page your looking at refreshing??
popup blockers make a boing sound..thats not it

If you want to turn it off go to control panel and sound settings and under navagation turn off the sound.
