I want to lose 10 pounds very quickly. And information, 1. i cant take pills 2. i have limited resources 3. this is imperitant please. And I feel that I am fat even though people tell me I am not, I jsut want to lose the weight.

I know a good way to lose weight and it will only take 10 minutes a day! If you jump rope for 10 minutes a day, 5 times a week you will lose 10 pounds in a month. If you jump rope more often you will lose weight faster. You also have to of course not eat fatty foods.

If your reasons are being influenced by peer pressure, then no one can advice you, you will think you're fat no matter what. I do not know you, but it sounds to me like you may be a teenager. If you are, all I can say that it will pass. One day when you mature you will realize that there is much more to life than a silly 10 lbs. If you are an older person, I can only hope that you know yourself and you are not comfortable with your excess weight, in that case for the fastest results I strongly recommend an all protein diet. No starches, just proteins. Only do that for a 10 day period and you will lose the weight. I wish you luck and please don't be so insecure about yourself. I'm sure you have so much to offer besides 10 extra lbs.

All right I have been studying psychology and I am in the 7th grade I think that you want to lose weight because you have been fat when you were young or you might have had self image issues I definitely think you need to see a clinical psychologist and talk to him because if you think u r fat wen ur r skinny u have image issues

Cut out the sugar, rice, potatoes, bread, pasta and anything else that has the potential to convert to sugar. Eat mainly leafy grean veggies (not corn) and meat for a while, you will see a change.

Just the simple making the change in your eating habits will drop few pounds. Also drink lots of water. Think of it this way. I like to chew my calories...not drink them.

I'm with you though...if you can just take off 10 pounds quickly....it will allow you to fit into ALMOST ALL your clothes comfortably!!

Exercise. Don't eat so much if you are overeating. Check you weight against a chart to see if you are overweight. Do not lose too much; do not go more than 5# under the chart weight.

Crack onto your emotions and work out why you gained the weight in the first place.
No need to take Pills, and you only ned to answere to your own master..

Limit the carbs for 2 weeks. Count calories. Multiply your goal weight by 12, that should be your normal calorie intake. Of course....water, water, water. Don't starve yourself.

Seriously the only way is if you stop eating for a while, and even then it could take sometime.
As long as your hydrated you'll be fine.

Try eating vitamins instead.

Magic doesn't exist, those are your options.

Go talk to a counselor. You need to prevent yourself from developing an eating disorder. You're NOT fat if other's tell you your not. Please, go talk to someone you can trust.

You need to talk to someone fast. It sounds like you have a serious problem with body image.
