Kind of a vague question. You would need to be more specific in what kind of teens they are.

Teens intelligence can vary depending on where they live and other cultral and economic factors.

Some of them, especially those who are asking to be killed by driving too fast, driving under the influence or getting hooked on drugs. Yes, teens do stupid things, but adults do stupid things too. It's unfair to generalize an age group as stupid because everyone does stupid things once in a while.

Sometimes teens are stupid and make bad decisions... But so does the rest of the population of the world...so do you. Teens just have parental authority above them, so their mistakes usually have more consequences and reaction than older people's.

I've never seen a stupid teen. I have seen teens who do stupid things. However, so do adults. Kids get a bad rap. They are a little more impulsive than most adults and don't take time to think the consequences of their actions through. Most of them are truly intelligent people with well-developed consciences.

No, they're trying to find themselves. Playing dumb enables them to lower expectations and feel that they can always do better.
Everyone is always saying teens are a menace to society, so they try to be one to fit in. Or they already know that being different is cool.

no, teens are ignorant because they haven't lived long enough yet to know everything. Ignorance can be fixed, stupid is permanent.

I wouldn't say "stupid". Rather, naive. They haven't lived long enough to appreciate certain things and have life experiences that have taught them about life.
