It's really difficult to find soccar magazines in the US and Canada. I really don't think that they publish any of them anymore in magazine form, most are now online magazines. But "African Soccer Magazine" still exists. It's out of London, England. I'm not really sure if they send subscriptions to Canada but you can inquire at [e-mail]
