I have heard that male testosterone makes it grow so you may try to use semen and massage it into your lips and chin

You will not grow a beard or a mustache until your body is ready to do so. Growing hair is a hormonal thing. When the time comes, you will wish you did not have so much hair.
Slow down and wait your turn. It will happen soon enough. Let yourself be 13. You don't need to be 17 yet.
However, one thing you can do is this. Start exercising to work on your body. Run or try lifting light weights. It will help you along the way as you begin to grow and develop.
Good luck, young man!

Why are you trying to grow up so fast? I wish I didn't have to spend time EVERY morning shaving. Anyway, I believe all you can do is wait for puberty to catch up with your desires. It will happen before you know it. But I don't think 13 years olds with beards/mustaches are attractive. I'm not into guys, but I just don't think it looks good. But that's my opinion.

Shaving doesn't make hair grow, that is an old myth that refuses to die. You can shave all day, every day and won't get any hair growth until your hair is ready to come in. Stop wasting your time, wait a while and your body will start producing facial hair. I started shaving at 13, but was only one of two guys in my class of 30. Some were barely shaving at 18.

Different genetics make it possible or not. Some men never have enough hair to have a decent mustache or beard. Some men can practically grow one overnight. Work with what you have.

That really doesn't stimulate beard growth, much, probably nt at all.
At 13 you just need to wait, it will happen, i was late getting facial hair and thought I never would, but it arrived. Now I wish I never had, It's funny how that works.
Just be patient.

Honey wait for your body to mature in its own time!!
Your testosterone levels have to come up first and that will start happening when you go through Puberty, hair will start sprouting everywhere.
Starting too soon will have you regret it later in life.

I would wax it only on the moustache not to your cheeks but i would bleach the hair in your cheeks. I believe that if it turns into a significant problem and annoys you laser hair removal will be the simplest (but most expensize) alternative.
