Read (like I'm always doing anyhow) and make music with instruments like flutes and guitars. Draw more art. If I could learn how to read musical notes I would probably start composing music. Also, the ancient Chinese invented pyrotechnical displays and fireworks, so I could do that.
In my spare time...arrow carving and sword welding? ;)

I would read more often and probably play more sports and other outside activities. And maybe play more poker.
