THe 1g is better because it will hold twice as many songs.

Get 1gb if you have a lot of songs. If you have less than 100 songs and dont plan on getting more, then go with a 512mb.
1gb is better all around though.

Well, the 1gb holds twice as much music, the 512mb won't hold much at all, but what mp3 PLAYER (not mp3) are you looking at? You can get up to 80gb+ mp3 players. Look at "My Documents" right click on "My Music" select properites, and look at size on disk, if it is 512mb or less, you can get the 512mb one, if it is more than 512mb, get the 1gb or larger.

1 GB since you can store more music.
I have a mp3 that is 512 MB but it could only store about 125 songs.

Nothing Difference in speed, just u can store more song in 1GB.

1gb you get more songs for just a little bit more money you will be really unhappy eith the 512. i know i was.

just depends on how much music or stuff you want on it. 1gb is best, you can get up to 500 songs on there.

well, if its the same model, the 1 gig. Bigger is better. you can hold almost twice as much as 512 with 1 gig.
