Boxes or Bubble envelopes, or Tyvek envelopes? What size box would be best for keeping shipping cost down? I want to be professional, should I also include invoices? even if its used clothing? How would you like to receive your items? Wrapped in tissue? Some nice touches? Give me all your opinions.

Being an avid E-bay shopper and seller... here's my opinion. Anything but cheap T-shirts (Tyvek bags OK) should be shipped in a box. ESPECIALLY new clothing. New and used clothing I would expect to be CLEAN and neatly folded, wrapped in something (maybe in a plastic Wal-Mart bag) and in an appropriate sized box. You really don't need packing materials for normal clothing, but I don't want to receive nice trousers or a sweater in a bag with a big hole in it, or a stain, or even crushed.
AND, a packing slip is always a professional touch.

As a customer I prefer boxes with tissue paper. Tyvek envelopes are durable but can be pretty pricey. Invoices aren't too important because I can print one from my computer if I need one. I do appreciate good packaging, but I also look for the best price when I'm buying something on Ebay. Any way a seller can keep their costs down means cost savings for the customer, which is always a plus.

When I sell something on Ebay, I ship the items through the USPS so all of the shipping supplies are free. It helps me keep my costs down.

Good luck!

In a sturdy box, neatly folded. (Go to a department store to see how they fold different articles of clothing. You don't want them to arrive wrinkled.) Yes, include an carbon copy of the invoice, to be sure the price is correct that was paid, and clothes were the ones won. Also, have an invoice number on it so you can check disputes and resolve them quickly. Include the sizes that were ordered and shipped. Have a return policy and your phone number stated clearly. Tissue is a nice touch. If you have a magnet business card put it in the box. You want people to remember you, and shop at your store again.

Well you should wrap the garment in a small clear plastic bag.. if you dont have one, you can place it in a large enough envelope... then you can place that in a Priority Mail box from USPS... you may even want to wrap the box in parcel wrap paper.
