I would first be stunned that I own a couch, and that it's on the ground floor of my apartment building... and Bush is sleeping on it too!
Then I would wake Bush up... and tell him he's officially hit rock bottom.

Have a talk with him and tell him that he should start listening to the people and to obey the oath of office he took. I would remind him that the USA is a Republic and he must abide by the wishes of the people not his own personal agenda.
I would love to tell him what an a** I believe he is but what purpose would that serve.

If I lived alone, I'd call 911. If my husband was there, I'd tell him to wake G.W.B. up. Meantime I'd make coffee and then have a good serious talk with him about some of his doings.

drop him off at the homeless shelter, and hope that they talk him into some correct programs for the homeless and jobless people who he as presidents was to help

scratch my head, call the cops for him breaking in, then make a cup of tea and barrage him with stupid questions when he woke up.
