Join every play you can find, in school or in your community theater. Take singing and/or acting lessons, or go to performing arts school if you can, or wait til college and major in theater. Have some photos taken and bring them to a talent agency (in the yellow pages), and ask them to find jobs for you.

First of all there is no such thing as an actrist. It's either actress or artist, I think you got confused. Learn your profession. Depending on where you live, you can find teachers and/or classes. After you learn what you're doing, go to either New York or Hollywood where the industry is located.

Graduate from school first (and learn how to spell better), practice, practice, practice; look great and start from there. You can do it.
