My cousin's husband died yesterday. He had suffered a massive stroke years ago,was a paraplegic, could only smile with his eyes, and yet kept his sense of humor, via a computer voice system, through which he would tell the funniest jokes. He was -and is-quite an inspiration to me when I am down, like today.
R.I.P.,Jim.

I'm sorry you're down, but it also sounds like you were blessed to have him in your life. Here's to Jim.

A person with that much strength must be a good inspiration. Because where most people would be miserable, he still maintained a sense of humor.
Sorry about your loss and the formalities.

Sorry about that buddy, He seemed to have been a real trooper and thank goodness he had the ability to have all those technological things to help him communicate with you. Isnt technology grand? I wish you well and will say a prayer for you and yours.

So sorry to hear about your cousin's husband. You are so right, if we could all just be aware of the fact that most of us have our five senses, we would be grateful and remember and pray for those who are less fortunate.

Peace be with you my friend! Know that your friend's spirit is now free of his physical limitations and he knows a freedom and joy that could only be hinted at in his physical form while alive as a physical being.

Wow!! He sounds like a very strong man who overcame alot! It does make you stop and prioritize your life and consider how small what we consider our problems to be. Best wishes to you and your family.
