It's more than okay, jimbo. Being uncircumcised is completely natural, and 6.5 inches is a good average. In fact, if you are 15 like your other question said, you are above average for your age.
You're the way God made you, and you should feel proud of what you've got.

It really is OK, don't worry about either.
Circumcized guys who have had their frenulum cut just don't get the pleasure those of us who are intact get. That's part of why they tease sometimes.
Both your size and uncut penis are fine. Women will find that more than adequate.

lol srry but 6.5 is nothing buddy and its uncircumcizes srry but most girls find that unattractive but im sure u can find urself a descent girl to sleep with u
