TO MAKE AU JUS THAT IS RESTAURANT STYLE ADD A LITTLE ONION POWDER TO YOUR BEEF BULLION BASE. ALSO MRS DASH MAKES A VEGETABLE SEASONING, DRIED ONIONS, CARROTS,ETC. THAT CAN BE USED TO MAKE AU JUES. I USED TO HAVE A POT OF BEEF BROTH AND WE WOULD ADD ONION PEELS AND ENDS WITH CARROT PEELS AND ENDS FOR OUR HOUSE BEEF GRAVIES AND SAUCES BASE. STAINED AND HEATED THIS WAS OUR AU JUES. HAPPY DINING !

If you go to your local butcher or grocery store with a butcher, by the beef case, they will probably have a display for something call Johnnie's Au Jus... it's delicious.

Otherwise, Au Jus is just the drippings from the meat.

Au Jus sauce. We used to have it at my high school before they became health conscious after my class left.

French fries are good in that au jus sauce, too.

Au jus sauce. I think you can buy little packets like McCormick in the gravy section. Powdered and you add water.

Try beef bullion cubes and water. It's close to the same thing.
