I know that you meant, you mean white women in general. But say some white women or anything related to that, because some people take things too literally. Second, I don't know why.

It's not always just white women, people of other races get plastic surgery as well. White women tend to show their age (they start to get age lines sooner) , a woman of color and a white woman the same age, most times will not look like they are the same age, the white woman will look a bit older, thus the need for plastic surgery.

That is racist. However, I will tell you that I am a 50-year-old white woman who has never had plastic surgery, and I never want to have it. The media talks about the women who do have plastic surgery, but they don't focus on the ones who don't. Like Meryl Streep, for example.

That girl kinda has a small point about white women aging badly. But that's miniscule. I think it's just that black women and white women are raised completely different. Black women are raised to always be confident, no matter what they look like. While in the white culture they grow up around criticism and with low self-esteem. It's all about the up-brining.
To the girl above me - you just sound like a dumbass. If we wanted to be black then we wouldn't tan. That made no sense. You also didn't make any sense by saying "all white women don't have any ***, boobs, lips... and pale skin". You know wou've seen plenty of black girls with no ***, no boobs, and no lips. There's white women who completely defy what you say. You should try thinking before you speak.

That kinda is racist...
I'm a white woman, and I've never had plastic surgery.
To say ALWAYS is a bit extreme and unfair.
As to the question of perhaps more white women get it vs other races... unfortunately, we tend to wrinkle easier and younger.
It's gross, so some white women go for help.
That's all.
Plastic surgery isn't only for white people though. Thank GOD they do what they do, otherwise what would all of the accident victims that became disfigured do.
Plastic surgery isn't only for the vain.

Well they don't - but the ones that do is largely a reflection of Western culture and it's obsession with youth and beauty.
As for Trini-Haitia's comment, once again you have displayed what a total dumbass you really are. I'm white, and I've never had surgery (and never intend to), I have a natural figure with boobs and *** and a flat stomach, I don't have thin lips, nor frizzy hair. I don't consider myself any better looking than anybody else whereas you clearly do, and furthermore your attitude and need to categorise whites sickens me. Shut your mouth before allerting everyone to your utter lack of wisdom and intellect.

Fist, it's not just WHITE women and it's not just white WOMEN. I hope you get my drift here.

However, individuals who insist on plastic surgery (as opposed to reconstructive surgery), cosmetic Botox injections, etc are really doing so because they have a problem with their body image. This is not something that can be helped by plastic surgery.

Its not just white women. Its rich people who have nothing to do with their money and people who care way to much about how they look its ok to care a little but to much is rediculous. Especially to put you life on the line to look better, what you look like is going to matter if you end up dead

You should be more specific. Only vain white women would do that, or someone who had ahd a serious accident of some sort.

Is that statically true?

I'm guessing it is a socialization issue.
Are non-white women taught to respect themselves more? Fear doctors/surgery more? Do they have less $?
