IUI (intrauterine insemination) could be an option.

The man needs to see a urologist to see if anything can be done--such as surgery to correct a varicocele. The man should begin taking a multi-vit, l-carnitine, zinc, vit E daily. Stop smoking, drinking, bike riding, sitting in hot tubs or saunas. If all fails to increase sperm count and mobility then IUI is an option or IVF. And of course, there is always donor sperm.

If you have the money, there is a procedure where the sperm is filtered or centrifuged, I'm not sure and the best fishies are selected then the primo mix is put into the woman.

Well - there's the banging away as often as possible when fertile approach...

Then there are more expensive options like in vitro fertilization...

And there's adoption.

I wish you much luck.
