That is a 75 gallon tank, probably about 65-70 gallons of water. The rule of thumb is that turtles need about 10 gallons per inch of turtle shell length, so you can fit about 7" worth of turtles.

Turtles need a few basics. One is food- but you've got that covered. Red-ear sliders eat fish and so should be very happy in the tank.

They also need space- as described above. They need warmth, about 75-80F. They need sunlight in the form of UV-B rays (try a good reptile light that brags about UV-B on the package.)

They need a good basking site per turtle, heated to about 90F.

They need CLEAN water. Turtles are messy animals and will quickly foul a tank. Aim for about 2-3 times the filtration you need for the fish tank.

Plants, rocks (other than basking sites), etc. are unneeded and just get dirty and in the way of cleaning.

The substrate is a concern- pea gravel or bigger is good. Sand is great but hard to keep clean. Typical aquarium gravel gets eaten and causes intestinal blockages.
