I tell you, I make fudge every year for valentines day and I try to personalize it for the people i give it to. One year I put a layer of toffee on top, another I sprinkled candy canes, another year I added orange flavoring. It is simple, but it seems impressive. Here's the recipe:

my suggestion
Have one of your trusted friends drop a card off to him
telling him where to meet you
make it some where romantic
then have him go to your house
play video games or sumtin
get something on your shirt (chocolate) have him help you go change it then make a night of it sound good
make sure you have white red and pink rose pedals all over the floor and bed in your room spray sum kind of perfume to make it look and smell romantic

i think it's safe to generalize here, but most men HATE valentines day. although, the hooker boots idea sounds like a step in the right direction.
