Where the hell have you been?...just wake up from a long sleep in a 1950's bomb shelter?

The world has been testing nuclear weapons for years, then decided to test undergrounnd then most agreed to stop testing all together. Yeah, we all have been exposed to radiation from this...and some will die as a result.

Europe was exposed to radiation due to CHernobyl, but most prevailing winds contamintd the Ukraine, which will suffer from random cancers for decades.

All that said, we have excess radiation exposure from xrays, flying commercial jets (cosmic radiation increase), and from other sources. The coal fired plants we depend on concentrate all the natural radioactive material dispersed in the coal and shoots that up the stack as waste.

We have excessive chemical exposure from various sources, like the cars we drive. The tailpipe is full of bad junk.

We are 6 billion people stress ing a land that can safely support perhaps 2 billion...

"will suffer" should be in the present tense. "Suffers."

There have already been plenty of effects from Chernobyl. Look at the statistics on Thyroid cancer in NOrthern Ukraine, Belarus.

And no, this was not from a nuclear bomb. This is from a nuclear power plant. The two have completely different motives.

Now only if we had Nuclear Fusion...

Whoops, getting optimistic again.
