i am feeling the same thing. I'm 35 weeks. i have a lot of pain and soreness right under my belly just above my waist and pelvic bone, and my knees and ankles are swollen and hurt. they crack everytime i bend them. also when i sleep and roll over sometimes it hurts my belly and i have to lay on my back for a few minutes and then try again. my hips don't pop as bad anymore, but what I've found that helps is sleeping with a pillow under my lower back and a pillow inbetween my knees. it gives you a little more support and evens out the leg weight so the side your laying on doesn't bare down as much on the other. you could also try sitting in your bath tub and filling the water up to the base of you belly and just soaking for a little while, and alternate between sitting and lying on your back for about 25 mins. other than that i haven't found anything to work.

It sounds like your baby has "dropped". As for tips to help it not hurt so bad you could try putting a pillow in between your legs when you are sleeping other than that I am not sure. Sorry but hope it helps.
