Hey, sorry that one didnt make sense. but i think i may be pregnant coz im late as. i've done 2 tests 2 weeks ago and both shone up neg. Should i do another one?

Urine tests are not as good as blood tests at detecting very low levels of the hormone (hcg), which increases with pregnancy. You didn't mention if the tests two weeks ago were done after you were already late or not. Some home tests will detect the hormone at lower levels, therefore allowing you to test a few days before your period is due. Others should not be used until you are already late. If you used the tests at the correct time, and you are now two weeks late, see a doctor. If you choose to do another home test, do it first thing in the morning - first pee of the day. Supposedly, more hcg hormone will have accumulated during the night making it easier to detect.

I think that if you're nervous enough to post a question on Yahoo, then doing another pregnancy test will only help ease your worrying or give you an answer.
Your period can be late for a multitude of reasons though. Has your diet changed? Have you been under a lot of stress? Have you lost or gained a dramatic amount of weight? Do you usually have irregular periods? If it persists, go to the doctor. It could be an indication of a condition.

hey darl i am currently 16.5 weeks pregnant when i was first late i done a test and it came back negative 5 days later i still hadn't got my girlies so i did another test it was positive. I would try another test or maybe just go visit the doctor or local clinic.

you should take another test, then if it shows negative again, and your still having pregnancy symptoms, consider going to a doctor, because not all pregnancy tests from over the counter are always accurate. hope my advice could help:) and good luck to you!!
