And what does the polar bear have to do with global warming, let alone polution. I would challenge you to factually back up that the US puts out the most pollution. Define what you mean by pollution and put up the facts, not rhetoric.

First of what does how many endangered animals there are have to do with the fallacy of global warming being mankind's fault, and second, global warming is a cyclical, natural event that comes and goes, I have witnessed it three times in my life, and by the way, only liberal shills use the phrase, "in denial"; you gave yourself away almost from the outset.

If we do accept Global warming that means we would have to go to hybrids and fuel efficent cars. They are not long distance vehicles and/or good haulers. Plus Coal a major cheap energy supply would have to go to and be switched by way more expensive energy supplies. Yet on the other hand. This could just be a cycle of the earth and enviromentalists may just be finding excuses to get media attention. Or Scientists are having a brain fart. who knows

Without a doubt, we are a spoiled group of people prone to waste - but we're not stupid. As a whole, Americans are very much aware and there are efforts being made. Yes, you get your token monkey who will shun the glaring scientific evidence and go with the commercial echo-chamber, but the number of Americans who see global warming as the concern it really is - is growing.

There are problems with a glut of special interests having too much political pull. We're not clueless, just our leaders are.

A lot of Americans deny global warming because there's no proof. Well, there's no proof of God, either, but that hasn't stopped religion.

There is no doubt there is global warming. It is not something you have to take on faith.

Where do you get your "facts"? we are far from being the worst polluters. China & 3rd world countries are much worse. Climate changes happen all the time, noone can say how long term any changes are & there is no real evidence that any of this is man made.

To people that said there is no proof, there is! They just don't want to find out. The world is becoming more polluted and the temperature of our planet is rising by 1 degree. Doesn't seem like a lot but 10 or 20 year go by, it is going to make a big difference.

i do think the ecology of the planet is in dire straights because of fossil fuel emmisions ... but, those in power and control will never let alternate fuel technology become mainstream while theyre making a killing off of oil ... and the common people have been rendered powerless to do anything about it and only care about keeping their media-instilled image of themselves going in their new escalade ...
