If you only knew. I have been having nightmares and daydreams about dying as long as I can remember. Anything can spur one. If I see a horror movie, hearing about death on TV, any sort of tragedy will get me in that frame of mind, and it takes a while to get out of it. This has been happening since I was a kid. I have come to accept the fact that I am going to die, but that doesn't make it easier to live. I don't know if you are on Myspace at all, but I posted a blog about it a while back, spurred by a discussion I had with a co-worker about religion. This is my deepest fear, and no matter what rewards the "afterlife" may offer, it doesn't make it easier to deal with the fact that one day I will cease to live. I can't recall any dreams (or nightmares) about dying, but I do have dreams where I am already dead and at my funeral.
And I do have nightmares of my biggest fear, of waking up in a morgue right before they start the autopsy - is that weird lol??

I have talked to a few people who have had an anxiety moment,and the thoughs were of their own death,but not a nightmare per say.it went away quickly but for some seems to return often.I'd like to know more about that occurrance,I also wonder if it is a common thing.

Yes, I do all the time, but I always have dreams about other people dying and not me.
